When should I make my reservation? +

We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date and time, especially during peak travel season (April–October). However, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests — feel free to contact us and we will do everything we can to assist you.

How can I make a reservation? +

What are the prices for your services? +

Our prices vary depending on the type of service, destination, number of passengers, and duration. Please visit our Tours page for indicative pricing, or contact us directly for a personalized quote tailored to your needs.

Can I cancel my reservation and if so, when? +

Yes, we offer free cancellation. You can cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure without any charge. For cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, please contact us directly and we will do our best to find a solution.

How can I pay? +

We accept cash payments (EUR) at the time of service. For certain bookings, advance payment arrangements can be made. Please contact us to discuss the most convenient payment method for your reservation.

Do you provide child safety seats? +

Yes, we can provide child safety seats upon request at no extra charge. Please inform us of the age and weight of the child when making your reservation so we can ensure the appropriate seat is available.

Where and how will I meet my driver? +

For hotel pickups, your driver will meet you at the hotel entrance or lobby at the agreed time. For airport pickups, your driver will be waiting in the arrivals area holding a sign with your name. You will receive all meeting point details in your booking confirmation.

What happens if my flight is delayed or if I miss it? +

We monitor all incoming flights in real time. If your flight is delayed, your driver will adjust accordingly and wait for you at no additional charge. If you miss your flight, please contact us as soon as possible so we can reschedule your transfer.
